We offer FREE shipping on most orders within the United States. However, certain products are excluded from free shipping and include a separate shipping charge at checkout. Products that don't qualify for free shipping are clearly marked with a notice on their product pages.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email. This means we've received your order and authorized your payment.

We immediately check to make sure your items are in stock and ready to ship. If something is backordered or unavailable, we'll cancel the payment authorization and email you to discuss other options.

Once we've confirmed everything is available and ready to ship (within 5 business days), we'll process your payment and start preparing your order.

Order Shipment:

In-stock orders ship within three business days from when you place your order.

We'll send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout.

International Orders:

Our products are designed for the U.S. market and certified to meet U.S. electrical safety standards. They typically haven't been certified for other countries, but we're happy to ship internationally.

Since our products vary widely in size and weight, we'll provide you with a custom shipping quote for your specific order.

If you're satisfied with the quote, we'll create your order and process payment through our secure payment system.

Damages:

Inspect your package carefully when it arrives. If you notice any damage, note it before signing for the delivery, or refuse to accept it.

If you accept the delivery, immediately take photos of any damaged packaging or products.

Easy Returns

Return Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

That's why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy — if you return an item within 30 days of receipt, you will receive a refund, with the only deduction being the return shipping costs.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receipt, please email us at info@beveragecove.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return. We want to make this as simple of a process as possible for you.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification confirming that your refund has been processed.

"Like New" Condition Requirement

In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must arrive back at our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must include all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means the item(s) must not show any visual signs of wear. Items returned with visible signs of wear or damage due to use will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Damages

If a product arrives damaged, you must note it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@beveragecove.com on the day of delivery. Beverage Cove will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Please remember to keep all original packaging for any items that may need to be returned.

All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. We will ensure you receive the correct, undamaged product as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

  • Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received after items have shipped will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes

  • Products listed as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for return.
  • Beverage Cove only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one-time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, orders intended for use at a trade show or conference venue, orders purchased by promotional companies, and orders purchased by trade show facilitators.
Warranty

*This Warranty covers appliances within the Continental United States only.

How to get Warranty Service:

In the event your wine cellar is not operating within the manufacturer's specifications, during the Warranty Period, contact Customer Care or by phone 800-648-6058.

Length of Warranty:

This Limited Warranty lasts for two (2) years from date of receipt of purchase of the wine cellar (“Limited Warranty Period”) and the sealed system (compressor, condenser, evaporator) will be covered for three (3) years.

Who is Protected:

This Limited Warranty protects the original purchaser during the Limited Warranty Period, provided that such purchaser can present appropriate proof of original purchase.

What is Not Covered:

The following are not covered by this Limited Warranty: damage due to such things as accident, misuse, abuse, mishandling, neglect, unauthorized repair, failure to properly maintain, acts of God or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Wine Enthusiast whether similar or dissimilar to the foregoing.


Commercial use or use other than normal household or small office.


Purchaser understands and acknowledges that the wine cellar is a wine refrigerator, which houses wine. Purchaser assumes all the risk of using these units, including risk of spoilage, humidity variations, temperature variations, leaks, fires, water damage, mold, mildew, dryness and similar perils that may occur.

What We Will Do:

During the Limited Warranty Period, Wine Enthusiast and/or the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any wine cellar not operating within the manufacturer’s specifications. All costs for labor and materials thereto shall be covered during the Limited Warranty Period. If Wine Enthusiast deems the wine cellar is not repairable, Wine Enthusiast will use the value of your original order toward a replacement; provided, however, that the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs with respect to the replacement after the initial ninety (90) days after the date of receipt of original purchase. After the initial ninety (90) day period after the date of receipt of purchase, purchaser must pay any shipping and handling charges that are incurred in shipping or transporting the wine cellar for service under this Limited Warranty. Wine Enthusiast reserves the right to substitute materials of substantially similar quality in the event that identical materials are not available at the time the Limited Warranty services are performed. Wine Enthusiast reserves the right to request that purchaser contact a local refrigeration company to service the wine cellar.

Limitation of Implied Warranties:

All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the length of this Limited Warranty.

Exclusion of Certain Damages:

Wine Enthusiast’s liability is limited to replacement or repair of the defective wine cellar. Wine Enthusiast shall not be liable for any damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise, because of any defective wine cellar.

How State Law Applies:

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. The Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
