Flomatic® 464GP Valves with Sanitary Lever Dispensing

Every SV-250 ships with Flomatic® 464GP beverage valves in the Sanitary Lever configuration as standard equipment. The Flomatic® 464GP is a higher-flow valve that delivers 2 to 4 oz. per second with dual flow controls, giving you the ability to fine-tune both the carbonated water and syrup flow rates at each valve. That level of control helps you maintain the correct beverage ratio and consistent drink quality across all your valve positions.

The Sanitary Lever is a dispensing handle designed for self-serve environments. Customers push the lever to pour their drink and release it to stop. The lever design is easy to operate, making it a practical fit for convenience stores, cafeterias, hotel breakfast bars, and quick-service restaurants where customers fill their own cups.

Need to replace a soda with a lemonade or bring on a seasonal iced tea? The SV-250's flex manifold lets you reconfigure your beverage lineup without calling for service or running new plumbing.

The SV-250 is available with an 8-valve (3-1-1-1-2) or 10-valve (3-1-2-1-3) manifold configuration. Each number in the sequence represents one valve group, and the number itself tells you how many valves belong to that group. You can assign each group to deliver either carbonated water (for sodas) or plain water (for lemonades, iced teas, and other non-carbonated drinks), and each group is switched independently of the others.

8-Valve Configuration (3-1-1-1-2)

Across the eight valves, you get five separately controlled groups:

• Group 1 (3 valves): Valves 1, 2, and 3 share one water supply line
• Group 2 (1 valve): Valve 4 runs on its own independent water supply line
• Group 3 (1 valve): Valve 5 runs on its own independent water supply line
• Group 4 (1 valve): Valve 6 runs on its own independent water supply line
• Group 5 (2 valves): Valves 7 and 8 share one water supply line

Groups 2, 3, and 4 each control a single valve, so you can change one drink at a time without affecting the rest of your menu. Groups 1 and 5 share a water line among their valves, which means every valve within those groups will dispense the same water type, either carbonated or non-carbonated.

10-Valve Configuration (3-1-2-1-3)

Across the ten valves, you get five separately controlled groups:

• Group 1 (3 valves): Valves 1, 2, and 3 share one water supply line
• Group 2 (1 valve): Valve 4 runs on its own independent water supply line
• Group 3 (2 valves): Valves 5 and 6 share one water supply line
• Group 4 (1 valve): Valve 7 runs on its own independent water supply line

Groups 2 and 4 each control a single valve, giving you two drink positions you can manage individually. Groups 1, 3, and 5 share a water line among their valves, so every valve within those groups will dispense the same water type, either carbonated or non-carbonated. With 10 valves spread across 5 groups, you get more room on your menu while keeping the same flexibility to mix carbonated and non-carbonated options.

To update your menu on either configuration, you switch a group's water source from one type to the other and connect the new syrup line. Fast flavor change-overs keep service simple, so you can run different combinations of sodas and non-carbonated drinks from one dispenser.
