Why Busy Foodservice Operations Count on the Servend SV-150 Ice and Beverage Dispenser

When your customers are lining up for drinks, you need a dispenser that keeps pace without breaking down. The Servend SV-150 is a 6-valve countertop ice and beverage dispenser from Multiplex that holds up to 150 lbs. of ice and serves both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, all from a compact, 23-inch-wide footprint.

Built on a one-piece ABS base that provides a solid foundation and structural rigidity, the SV-150 is designed to handle daily, high-volume use. Its multi-port flex manifold lets you switch valve groups between carbonated drinks (like sodas) and non-carbonated drinks (like lemonades or iced teas) in just minutes, reducing service complexity and the need for major service calls.

  • 150 lbs. ice storage keeps up with high-volume demand throughout the day
  • Multi-port flex manifold (6 valve, 2-1-1-2 configuration) lets you switch valve groups between soda and non-carbonated drinks in minutes when your menu changes
  • 6 Flomatic® 464GP Sanitary Lever beverage valves deliver 2 to 4 oz. per second with dual flow controls, giving you reliable, adjustable dispensing for both carbonated and non-carbonated drinks
  • Leg kit included for stable countertop installation at proper serving height
  • Drain kit included with 0.75" PVC fitting for bottom or back drainage
  • One-piece ABS base provides a solid foundation and adds structural rigidity for daily heavy use
  • Patented Rocking Chute™ prevents jams and delivers smooth, even ice flow
  • Manual fill or top-mount with compatible ice machines for flexible setup
  • LED-lit merchandiser highlights your drink selection and draws customer attention

Switch Drink Types in Minutes with the Multiplex SV-150 Flex Manifold

Need to swap out a soda for a lemonade? The SV-150's flex manifold makes it simple.

The SV-150 uses a 6 valve, 2-1-1-2 manifold configuration. Here is what those numbers mean: each number represents a separate valve group, and the number tells you how many valves are in that group. From left to right, the six valves are divided into four independent groups:

  • Group 1 (2 valves): Valves 1 and 2 share one water supply line
  • Group 2 (1 valve): Valve 3 has its own dedicated water supply line
  • Group 3 (1 valve): Valve 4 has its own dedicated water supply line
  • Group 4 (2 valves): Valves 5 and 6 share one water supply line

Each of these four groups can be set independently to supply either carbonated water (for sodas) or plain water (for lemonades, iced teas, and other non-carbonated drinks). Because Groups 2 and 3 each control just one valve, you can change a single drink on your lineup without affecting any others. The two-valve groups (Groups 1 and 4) share a water line, so both valves in those groups will dispense the same water type, either carbonated or non-carbonated.

When your menu changes, you change a group from one water type to the other and connect the new syrup supply. Fast flavor change-overs reduce service complexity, giving you the flexibility to run different combinations of sodas and non-carbonated drinks from the same dispenser.

What this means for you:

  • Change your drink lineup without replumbing or major service calls
  • Respond to seasonal menu changes or customer preferences quickly
  • Run both sodas and non-carbonated drinks from the same dispenser

Flomatic® 464GP Sanitary Lever Valves for Reliable, High-Flow Dispensing

The SV-150 comes standard with six Flomatic® 464GP beverage valves in the Sanitary Lever configuration. These valves dispense at a rate of 2 to 4 oz. per second and feature dual flow controls, which let you fine-tune the flow rate for each valve to match different drink types and cup sizes.

The Sanitary Lever design uses a lever that customers push to dispense their drink. Because the lever is the only part the customer touches, cleanup is straightforward and the valve mechanism stays protected from spills and sticky residue. This valve style is a common choice for self-serve beverage stations where customers fill their own cups.

The Flomatic® 464GP valves work with both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, so every valve on the SV-150 can handle whatever drink type you assign through the flex manifold.

Contact us for more valve options (e.g. Autofill, Push Button, or Portion Control valves).

Smooth, Jam-Free Ice Dispensing with the Patented Rocking Chute™

The SV-150 pairs an enhanced agitation and drive system with the patented Rocking Chute™ to deliver consistent ice dispensing every time. Together, they reduce the chance of jams, clogs, and uneven flow during peak hours. The system is also designed for easy serviceability, so maintenance doesn't slow your team down.

Fits Right into Your Existing Ice Machine Setup

The SV-150 supports manual fill or top-mount installation with compatible ice machines. For top-mounted applications, contact us for adapter kit requirements. Drainage runs through a single 0.75" PVC (N.P.T.) fitting from the drain pan, with the option to drain from the bottom or the back of the unit.

Built on a One-Piece ABS Base That Holds Up Under Heavy Use

The SV-150's foundation is a single-piece ABS base. This design provides a solid foundation and adds structural rigidity to the entire unit, keeping the dispenser stable through years of daily service.

LED-Lit Merchandiser to Showcase Your Drink Selection

The SV-150's LED-lit merchandiser panel keeps your beverage options bright, visible, and appealing to customers. The long-lasting LED lighting stays consistent over time, so your drink graphics look just as sharp months into service as they did on day one. LED lighting also reduces energy usage and lifetime costs.
