Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on most orders within the United States. However, certain products are excluded from free shipping and include a separate shipping charge at checkout. Products that don't qualify for free shipping are clearly marked with a notice on their product pages.

Want to know about our Return Policy? Read more here.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation email. This means we've received your order and authorized your payment.

We immediately check to make sure your items are in stock and ready to ship. If something is backordered or unavailable, we'll cancel the payment authorization and email you to discuss other options.

Once we've confirmed everything is available and ready to ship (within 5 business days), we'll process your payment and start preparing your order.

Order Shipment:

In-stock orders ship within three business days from when you place your order.

We'll send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours after your order leaves our warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout.

If you haven't received shipping confirmation within four business days of placing your order, please email us at info@beveragecove.com.

International Orders:

Our products are designed for the U.S. market and certified to meet U.S. electrical safety standards. They typically haven't been certified for other countries, but we're happy to ship internationally.

Since our products vary widely in size and weight, we'll provide you with a custom shipping quote for your specific order.

If you're satisfied with the quote, we'll create your order and process payment through our secure payment system.

Damages:

Inspect your package carefully when it arrives. If you notice any damage, note it before signing for the delivery, or refuse to accept it.

If you accept the delivery, immediately take photos of any damaged packaging or products.

Email any damage photos to info@beveragecove.com and visit our return page for more information.

Warranty

PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY - ONE YEAR

Frosty Factory warrants your frozen drinks machine is free from defects in factory workmanship and materials for one year on all components (except compressor and evaporator, which have longer coverage).

Frosty Factory will repair any defective parts at no cost to you during the warranty period. You only pay for expedited shipping charges if you choose that option. Repairs must be authorized by Frosty Factory to be covered. If you have repairs done by someone else without authorization, those costs are your responsibility.

After one year, all service calls and repairs not covered by this warranty are at your expense.

EXTENDED COMPRESSOR & EVAPORATOR WARRANTY - FIVE YEARS

The compressor and evaporator are covered for five years instead of one year.

WARRANTY PROCESSING REQUIREMENTS

To make a warranty claim, you must provide your machine's serial number and follow these steps:

  • Open a warranty ticket with Frosty Factory's tech support department
  • Answer troubleshooting questions about your machine
  • Perform simple troubleshooting tasks as requested
  • Send any pictures requested by tech support

You cannot return any item to the factory without first getting a Return Authorization from the factory. Items returned without a Factory Return Authorization will not be accepted.
