Serve Frozen Drinks Faster with the Frosty Factory Model 235R

Blending frozen drinks one at a time during a Friday night rush is slow, inconsistent, and costs your bar money with every backed-up order. The Frosty Factory Model 235R is a commercial-grade frozen drink machine built to keep up with high-demand cocktail programs, producing up to 320 ten-ounce drinks per hour from a single dispenser.

A remote condensing unit keeps the compressor noise and heat out of your serving area, while a built-in stand-by switch holds your mix at 40°F overnight so your team can skip the daily drain-and-clean routine. Every pour comes out with the same texture, temperature, and flavor, giving you tighter control over drink quality and liquor costs. Whether you need one dispenser or three, the 235R scales with your business on a single condensing unit.

  • High-Volume Output – Up to 320 ten-ounce frozen drinks per hour
  • 12-Quart Cylinder + 12-Quart Hopper – 3 gallons of freezing capacity and 3 gallons of mix storage
  • Remote Refrigeration – Quiet, heat-free operation at the bar; up to 3 dispensers per condensing unit
  • Stand-By Switch – Keeps mix refrigerated at 40°F overnight to reduce daily prep time
  • Consistent Pours – Same drink quality from the first serving to the last
  • Lighted Flavor Sign – Clear faceplate and illuminated signage to attract customer attention
  • Compact Dispenser Size – 32" H x 16½" W x 26" D with no side clearance needed
  • 115V Standard Power – Runs on a standard outlet at only 6 amps

Pour Up to 320 Drinks per Hour with a Single Frosty Factory Machine 235R

When every seat is full and orders are stacking up, speed matters. The 235R's 12-quart freezing cylinder and 12-quart hopper work together to keep frozen drinks flowing without interruption. The hopper continuously feeds mix into the cylinder as drinks are dispensed, so you never hit a gap during peak hours.

At up to 320 ten-ounce servings per hour, a single 235R can keep up with the busiest cocktail programs. That kind of output means shorter wait times, more drinks sold per shift, and happier customers who keep coming back.

How the 3 Gal Tank Capacity Frosty Factory 235R Handles Back-to-Back Rushes

The 235R pairs a 12-quart (3-gallon) freezing cylinder with a 12-quart (3-gallon) hopper, giving you 3 gallons of ready-to-serve frozen drink and another 3 gallons of liquid mix staged above it. That deep reserve on both sides of the machine keeps you covered during sustained rushes.

This setup also means fewer trips to refill. Your bartenders stay behind the bar instead of running back and forth to restock mix, keeping the line moving and the drinks pouring. The large cylinder also accommodates large individual servings, so you can offer bigger drink sizes without slowing down output.

Remote Refrigeration That Keeps Your Bar Quiet and Cool

Unlike self-contained frozen drink machines that dump heat and noise right into your serving area, the 235R uses a remote condensing unit installed away from the bar. That means your guests enjoy their drinks without the hum of a compressor, and the heat from the unit doesn't require air conditioning to offset it.

The remote setup also saves you money on utility costs over time. With the 3 HP compressor housed in a back room, mechanical area, or rooftop location, all the heat stays out of your front-of-house space. The condensing unit is air cooled by default, with an optional water cooled configuration available for locations where airflow is limited.

Scale Your Setup with the 235R-1-1, 235R-2-1, and 235R-3-1 Configurations

One of the biggest advantages of the 235R platform is how easily it scales. A single remote condensing unit supports up to 3 dispensers, so you can expand your frozen drink program as your business grows.

  • 235R-1-1 – 1 dispenser connected to 1 condensing unit
  • 235R-2-1 – 2 dispensers connected to 1 condensing unit
  • 235R-3-1 – 3 dispensers connected to 1 condensing unit

Start with one flavor and add dispensers later without replacing your condensing unit. That flexibility makes the 235R a smart long-term investment for bars that want to grow their frozen cocktail menu over time.

Skip the Morning Drain and Clean with the Stand-By Switch

When closing time hits, simply flip the stand-by switch and let the machine do the rest. The 235R holds your mix at a safe 40°F overnight, keeping it fresh and ready for the next day. Because the mix is already chilled, startup time the next morning is greatly reduced, saving your team additional time before the first pour.

This feature cuts out the daily routine of draining, cleaning, and refilling the machine every morning. Less product waste, fewer man-hours spent on prep, and limited product handling between batches, which also helps with hygiene in a busy bar environment.

Consistent Drink Quality with Every Single Pour

Frozen drinks made in small batches are prone to variation from one round to the next. The 235R eliminates that inconsistency by producing consistently great tasting drinks with every serving. Your customers get the exact same drink whether it's the first pour of the day or the three-hundredth.

That consistency also gives you tighter control over your liquor costs and inventory. Every drink uses the same measured amount of mix and spirits, so there's no guesswork and no over-pouring. Lower serving costs per drink add up fast, and with frozen drink profit margins reaching 500% to 1,100% and beyond, the 235R puts some of the highest-margin items on your menu on autopilot.

Optional Refrigerated Hopper for Temperature-Sensitive Mixes

If you're working with dairy-based mixes or other temperature-sensitive ingredients, the 235R offers an optional refrigerated hopper that keeps the mix in the upper tank chilled while it waits to feed into the freezing cylinder. This adds an extra layer of food safety and product quality, especially in high-temperature bar environments.

Lighted Flavor Sign That Sells Drinks for You

A frozen drink machine that customers can see is a frozen drink machine that sells. The 235R features a lighted flavor sign and a large clear faceplate that puts your frozen drinks front and center. Guests see the colorful, swirling product and are drawn to order before your bartender even makes a suggestion.

This kind of visual merchandising turns your frozen drink program into a self-selling feature behind the bar that draws orders without any extra effort from your staff.
