Frosty Factory 137A Frozen Drink Machine Air Cooled Handles Large Servings and High-Volume Demands

Do your customers order oversized frozen cocktails that smaller machines just can't handle? When happy hour hits and your bar fills up you need equipment that keeps pace with both large serving sizes and high demand.

The Frosty Factory 137A was designed for exactly this situation. With a 12 quart cylinder that accommodates larger portions and production speeds reaching 130 ten ounce drinks per hour this machine delivers when it matters most. Your bartenders stay focused on customers while the 137A handles the heavy lifting.

Whether you're running a beachside resort or a packed downtown club or a busy catering operation this unit meets the challenge of serving crowds without slowing down.

Simple Air-Cooled Installation with No Plumbing Required

Unlike water-cooled systems that require complex plumbing connections, the 137A uses air-cooled technology for the easiest possible installation. Simply place the machine on your counter, plug it into a 20-amp dedicated outlet, and you're ready to serve. Just ensure you leave adequate space on all sides for proper airflow, and your frozen drink station is operational. (Note: The 215F model requires a 30-amp outlet.)

Built for High Volume Production

The 137A features a 12-quart cylinder designed to accommodate larger portions, with production speeds reaching up to 130 ten-ounce drinks per hour. Frosty Factory machines can produce up to 30 gallons per hour of frozen products, making them ideal for beachside resorts, packed downtown clubs, busy catering operations, or any venue where crowds gather and demand surges.

Save Time with Overnight Standby Mode

Every 137A comes equipped with a stand-by switch that keeps your mix chilled at 40°F overnight. This eliminates the need for daily teardown and cleaning, saving your staff valuable man-hours each day. Less product handling also means less waste. And because the mix is already held at the optimal temperature, start-up time is dramatically reduced—your bartenders can focus on customers from the moment doors open.

Consistent Quality, Every Pour

Frosty Factory equipment produces consistently great-tasting frozen drinks by eliminating the variations that occur when beverages are made in small batches. This consistency isn't just about flavor—it also enables effective inventory and liquor cost control. You'll know exactly what goes into each drink and can track your costs with precision.

Eye Catching Design That Sells

Customers buy what they can see. The 137A features a large clear faceplate and an illuminated flavor sign that draw attention to your taste-tempting frozen drinks. This built-in marketing display turns your frozen drink machine into a point-of-sale tool, encouraging impulse purchases and driving revenue.

Exceptional Profit Margins

Frozen cocktails are among the highest-profit items on any menu, with margins ranging from 500% to over 1,100%. The Frosty Factory 137A helps you capitalize on these margins by providing lower serving costs and maximizing your profit dollars per drink. Your investment pays for itself quickly when every frozen margarita, daiquiri, or specialty cocktail generates this level of return.

Serve Bigger Crowds Without Breaking a Sweat

When orders pile up the 137A keeps your line moving:

• Up to 130 drinks per hour (ten-ounce servings)

12-quart freezing cylinder built for large portion sizes

12-quart hopper so refills happen less often during rushes

Your customers get consistent frozen drinks every time. Your staff stays ahead of the crowd instead of playing catch up.

Why the Frosty Factory Model 137A Works for Large Servings

Not every frozen drink machine can handle jumbo margaritas or oversized daiquiris. The 137A's 12-quart cylinder was specifically designed to accommodate larger serving sizes that customers love. Bigger drinks mean higher ticket averages and happier guests.

The matching 12-quart hopper (11 1/4 liters) feeds the cylinder without constant attention from your team.

Save Hours Every Day with the Standby Switch

Draining and cleaning a frozen drink machine every night eats up staff time and wastes product. The standby mode keeps your mix refrigerated at 40°F overnight so you can reduce daily cleaning time.

What this means for your operation:

Less product waste from nightly emptying

Fewer staff hours spent on cleaning

Faster morning startup since the mix is already chilled

An Illuminated Flavor Sign That Catches Eyes and Moves Product

Customers buy what they notice. The lighted flavor sign on top of the 137A grabs attention at the point of sale. Combined with the large clear faceplate that displays your colorful frozen drinks in motion you get a visual selling tool that works around the clock.

No separate signage required. The machine markets your frozen drinks for you.

Air Cooled Design Means Simple Installation

No water lines. No drain connections. Just place the machine on your counter and plug it into a 20-amp dedicated outlet. The air-cooled system takes care of the rest.

Refrigerated Hopper Option for Longer Hold Times

Want to keep your mix ready for longer periods? The refrigerated hopper upgrade holds mix at a steady temperature before it enters the freezing cylinder. This becomes especially useful in busy operations where the machine runs nonstop or when you want to prep several flavors ahead of service.

For most businesses the standard hopper does the job just fine. The refrigerated version adds extra protection during hot weather or in spaces where room temperature changes could affect your mix before it gets frozen.
